UK: Terror Fanatic Freed From Jail

From The Sun:
TERROR fanatic Abu Izzadeen was freed from prison today — and shamelessly attacked the poppy as he left.

The al-Qaeda supporter — caged for inciting hatred and raising funds for terrorism — got a hero's welcome from 50 bearded cronies at the gates of Pentonville nick in North London.

Izzadeen, 35 — who shot to fame in 2006 when he roared down Home Secretary John Reid in public — climbed on to the prison's ten-foot wall to give a rabble-rousing speech to his demented band of followers.

And he called for a boycott of the poppy, worn to commemorate our troops' sacrifices in conflicts.

Crackpot

The bile-spouting crackpot launched a tirade against Our Boys in Afghanistan, saying: "I don't believe anybody, even non-Muslims, should buy a poppy because they should not endorse this illegal war.

"I know today is about the poppies, but I want to talk to you about many of the atrocities in Afghanistan.

"The troops are carrying out illegal murders abroad. Houses are being destroyed, mosques are being destroyed. Muslims are being murdered and tortured by the forces.

"I would advise everyone to look to their conscience and see if supporting the occupation of an independent state which involves killing, bombing and entering people's houses is something they can sit with in their hearts.

"Here the issue is should we support people regardless - but the fact is this is an illegal war and it involves the killing of innocent people."

It's believed Izzadeen — formerly known as plain old Trevor Brooks — will now take centre stage as the public face of Muslim extremism in Britain.

His every word was cheered by a flock including sidekick Anjem Choudary and jailed hate cleric Abu Hamza.

During a 20-minute rant he DEMANDED Sharia law be introduced in Britain and VOWED not to tone down his incendiary language.

He said: "When it comes to the Muslim community in this country you've got to shut up and tow the line - but I'm not going to do that."

Next Izzadeen, who once called for the beheading of British soldiers, claimed his human rights had been ignored in the courts.

The motor-mouth preacher claimed: "In this country you are innocent until proven Muslim. Human rights does not apply to the Muslims. It applies to the animals, the cats and the dogs."

The authorities will be watching Izzadeen's every move and he must report to the police if he ever leaves the country.

Izzadeen, from Leyton in East London, moaned: "I've got to inform the police if I ever leave the country and I'll tell you why that is.

"Here, they don't involve themselves directly in torture. They use surrogates to do so. If I went to Morocco, they would inform the authorities over there and that's where I would be tortured.

"If I went to the Lebanon I'd be tortured over there, that is how this government works."

Izzadeen was jailed for four and a half years in April 2008 for terrorist fundraising and inciting terrorism abroad.

The appeal court cut his sentence and he was freed in May last year before being recalled seven weeks later after a bust-up with cops who called on him to check he was at an approved address and not associating with extremists.
